Accounting Manager - Utilities Department

Accounting Manager

Join our team! We are hiring for the role of Accounting Manager in the Utilities Department. Essential Job Functions include overseeing all accounts of Noblesville Utilities, assisting Deputy Controller in executing the City's Annual Comprehensive Financial Report and Annual Financial Report, maintaining the Utilities Department's fixed assets database, performing treasury duties of the Utilities Department, executing the department's annual budget process, creating and presenting quarterly financial reports to Board of Public Works and Common Council as requested, and calculating and maintaining annual cost sharing agreement between the City and Utilities Department.
