This opportunity offers a strong referral base, excellent clinical support, and a clear pathway to partnership — with general orthopaedic call required and call pay! Join as an associate physician with a guaranteed base salary for two years, a productivity bonus model, and additional call pay! Practice and Position Highlights Established Practice : Founded in 1949, OANO has a long‑standing reputation for excellence in orthopedic care. Team: Join 7 orthopedic surgeons and 3 physician assistants. Clinical Locations: Two well‑equipped clinics in New Orleans and Metairie. Call Responsibilities : General orthopaedic call is required and additionally compensated, on a 1:5 schedule. Call volume is manageable with low‑energy cases such as hip fractures, ankle fractures, and distal radius fractures. Physician assistants assist with initial ED consults and post‑call support. Subspecialty Support : Includes arthroscopy, joint replacement, spine, sports medicine, hand, shoulder, trauma, and workers’ compensation.
