Customer Service Specialist

Responsibilities Provide customer service and technical support to both our retail and retail base via phone, email, written correspondence and fax Providea variety of supporting roles for the Customer Service department Participate in cross-training of tasks with in department Process dealer's parts orders and Warranty Claims Answer questions regarding claims via phone/email Record retention and reporting Miscellaneous office duties Learn product like from frame to final Qualifications Attention to detail and accuracy Intermediate computer skills, familiar with Microsoft Office programs Prefer a certain familiarity or general knowledge of RV, Buss or Commercial Vehicle parts, or an understandingof electrical/technical systems Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills A desire to provide extraordinary customer service to the dealer/customer network Able to work within a group and transition between responsibilities given Forest River offers a stable work environment that is fast paced.
