Support Services Associate - #004701 Position Summary: The primary location of this position is the Cullowhee, NC campus. The Support Services Associate assists the Mail Room Manager with the operation of the Campus Mail service and performs a variety of mail handling duties including: the timely delivery of all mail received from the U.S. Post Office and campus facilities, processing all outgoing mail with proper postage, operating mail room hardware and software, and assisting the University Printing Services with binding operations. Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship. Responsibilities Assist the Mail Room Manager in the operation of the campus mail service. Deliver mail received from the U.S. Post Office and campus to recipients in a timely manner. Process outgoing mail with proper postage and return it to the U.S. Post Office. Operate mail room hardware and software systems. Assist University Printing Services with various binding operations. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Understanding of daily processing of university mail in accordance with U.S. Postal regulations. Basic troubleshooting for PAW print devices. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Equivalently, an appropriate combination of education and experience.
