The average employee has 10 or more years of service with our company.HVAC Service Technicians: Our Technicians provide on-demand service calls, and maintenance to our customers - homeowners and businesses.Position: HVAC Service Technician Pay: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour, depending on experience Work Hours: Monday to Friday | 8:00am - 5:00pmWhat We Provide:Take Home Vehicle + Gas Card Locally owned and operated Dealer training with CarrierTraining for industry certificationsBenefits: Medical Insurance 60% paid for employeeVision & Dental insuranceOther supplemental insurance options 2 Weeks (80 hours) Paid Vacation 6 Paid Holidays 3 personal / sick days (24 hours)401K + company matchCompany Cell PhoneCompany UniformCompany iPadWhat You Will Be Doing: Service and maintenance on residential and commercial HVAC equipmentAnnual and routine maintenance Consulting with customer on repairs, IAQ accessories, and upgrade optionsWhat We Are Looking For: Valid driver's license and insurable driving record 2 + years of HVAC service experienceEPA Certification Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprintsBe familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniquesExperience assisting customers in repairing and replacement decisionsAdvanced customer service skillsWillingness to acquire NATE certifications within one year of employment. (We will assist with helping you receive this certification)Knowledge of airflow, air balancing principles, and techniquesHigh school diploma or its equivalentPossess hand tools and drills - desired Certificate of completion from an HVAC Technical School - desiredCandidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
