Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at our facility, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough assessments to understand the mental health needs of your clients.

  • Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions including cognitive-behavioral strategies, somatic experiencing, and other trauma-informed practices.

  • Maintaining meticulous clinical documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations to protect client confidentiality.

  • Collaborating effectively with other mental health professionals to provide comprehensive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

  • A valid and active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Tennessee.

  • A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a similar setting or role.

Compensation and Benefits\n
