Must-Have: Previous charge experience preferred


Description:
Unit details include weekend shifts every other week.
No call required.
Floating is required within the facility/scope of practice as needed.
The unit accepts first-time travelers.
Once the candidate has signed, the manager has 48 hours to review the profile and confirmation.
A maximum of 7 days of requested time off is allowed.
If one major holiday falls within the assignment period, the traveler is expected to work it.
If two major holidays fall within the assignment period, the traveler is expected to work both.
If three major holidays fall within the assignment period, the traveler is expected to work two.
Full compliance is required to start on time.
Non-billable orientation hours determined by contract length.
Travel experience required is preferred.
Patient age groups served include adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics.
Daily census is approximately 60 patients.
Staffing ratios are 4 patients per nurse.
Pre-approved time off is available.
Modules must be completed during orientation and vary by specialty.
All compliance documents are due prior to the start date.
Modules are recorded via transcripts.
