FronteraCare is exploring a partnership with the Española School District to bring high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to students with autism and related developmental differences. We’re seeking caring, energetic, and service-minded people who may be interested in pursuing a career as a Behavior Technicians (BTs)/Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children in the classroom and help them thrive. What You'll Do: Partner with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide therapy that transforms lives. Support the educational experience by assisting in the classroom setting, promoting learning, engagement, and social development. Create and assist in facilitating engaging and effective learning experiences for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Use clear communication and positive reinforcement to help children reach their full potential. Complete daily progress notes related to the implementation of the intervention plan. Create an environment that fosters skill acquisition, functional communication, and school appropriate behavior for children. Who You Are: Passionate about helping children and families. Positive, reliable, and a great communicator. Organized and detail-oriented. Excited to learn and grow in the ABA field. Requirements: Proof of high school graduation (Diploma or GED) At least 18 years of age Reliable transportation Ability to lift 50 lbs, sit on floors and/or child-sized furniture, and quickly move from a seated position to running stance Ability to pass a drug screening including marijuana with exceptions for medical card holders Training and Development: RBT Certification Support: 40-hour training, competency assessment, and exam support provided. Ongoing Supervision: Weekly BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) supervision and feedback Professional Development: Opportunities to grow into advanced clinical or leadership roles within FronteraCare Location: Employment Type: Full-time or part-time opportunities available Ready to make a difference?
