BUSINESS OPERATIONS COORDINATOR Job Details Full Time / Part Time: Full Time FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt Business Unit: Water Transfer Reports to: Operations Manager Travel Requirement: No Job Description Select's Operations Coordinator is responsible for recurring or daily functions or processes that are necessary for business execution. - Completes or monitors organizational functions or processes, ensuring that they are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with established policies and regulations.
- Tracks processes, preparing reports for management detailing quality or quality of departmental actions.
- Implements procedural changes meant to improve performance or efficiency.
- English/Spanish bilingual preferred.
- 2 to 4 years of related work experience.
- Highschool diploma or GED is preferred.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Analytical thinking skills.
- Detail oriented.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to understand and follow directions.

Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience. Physical Demands and Exposures
- This position works inside a climate-controlled environment. The Company will supply adequate training and equipment to perform the functions of the job.
- Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm.
- Involves sitting at a desk for extended periods of time.
- Needs high degree of concentration in a busy area.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
