1. LLM POD CC IVR & Retail | 1 Position

Senior hands-on developer
5+ years of Amazon Connect/Lex experience
2+ years of experience building AI Agents within Amazon Connect
Experience with AI/Conversational AI and IVR

2. Fraud Operations | 2 Positions

Senior Architect

12+ years overall IT experience
5+ years Amazon Connect/Lex
Hands-on IVR & Outbound experience
Amazon Connect Journeys
Financial Services domain experience

Senior Developer

7+ years overall IT experience
Hands-on Amazon Connect/Lex
Outbound calling experience
Amazon Connect Journeys

3. Credit Card Authentication | 3 Positions

5+ years Amazon Connect/Lex
Hands-on Lead/Architect experience
IVR authentication flow design
Financial Services/Credit Card experience
Experience with Pindrop, OTP, and/or Passkeys
