Occupational Therapist

Occupational Therapy Team Leader Role Overview: Lead and support the occupational therapy team in a rehabilitation setting, ensuring effective implementation of procedures and personalized patient care. Collaborate with the Director of Therapy Operations to manage daily team activities, including scheduling, training, and interdepartmental communication. Provide direct patient care, building meaningful relationships to facilitate recovery and celebrate patient progress. Responsibilities Assist in operational management of therapy services. Deliver compassionate, patient-centered therapy. Guide and mentor therapy staff, fostering a collaborative environment. Promote optimal patient outcomes through personalized treatment plans. Qualifications & Skills Current state licensure or certification in occupational therapy. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited program. At least three years of occupational therapy experience, including two years in leadership or clinical roles. CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days. Preferred: active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or holding specialty certifications.
