Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairsExecute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specificationsQualifications2+ years of Service Technician experience preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent, ASE Certification is a plusFord Certification is preferred but not requiredPrevious experience at a Ford dealership is preferredB level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine RepairDexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordinationMechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipmentExcellent customer service skills and basic computer competenciesPositive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improveEnjoy working in a dynamic environmentTeammate with ability to collaborate with others effectivelyAbility to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specificationsValid driver's license and clean driving recordAbout UsSchwieters Ford has been Montevideo’s go-to Ford dealer for new and used vehicles, service, parts, and financing, building trust across the region with dependable, certified care.
