Job Description • Design and develop automation workflows and scripts to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and requirements • Implement tools and technologies for process automation such as scripting languages, automation platforms, and APIs • Conduct testing and troubleshooting of automated processes to ensure accuracy and reliability • Monitor and maintain automated systems to meet performance and service level objectives • Provide technical support and training to end-users on automated processes and systems.
