S/4 HANA Technical Lead

Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or equivalent work experience 8 to 10 years of experience in System integrations projects Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical, technical, and troubleshooting skillsAbility to analyze data, problem-solve, and clearly communicate solutions Ability to understand organizational requirements and their impact on the technical aspects of a solution Expert knowledge of S/4HANA and HANA database, including the usages/implementation of SAP CPI, Fiori Apps, Web Dispatcher, SLT and HANA Live Skill at tracking tasks, defining next steps, identifying owners, and holding people accountable Broad knowledge of SAP ERP modules with different versions is preferred. Extensive SAP project management experience to develop realistic work estimates, and timelines to achieve project/team objectives and ensure client satisfaction. Knowledge of business concepts (payables, receivables, purchasing, sales, order processing, distribution, etc.) and associated processes Working knowledge of ITIL processes Strong Project Management, organizational and interpersonal skills Application of design thinking as an approach to solving client problems Experience in shaping and leading teams across multiple stages of the project delivery lifecycle Tech Savvy and up to date with technology trends e.g. Embedded analytics, Mobility, Cloud Integration etc. Deep domain hands-on expertise with at least one stream of SAP and technically skilled with Cloud integration Excellent ability to drive projects to successful completion Advanced ability to identify, develop, and quantify any required corrective action plan.
