Marketing Intern

Rossen Law Firm, a rapidly expanding Criminal Defense Practice, is seeking a dynamic Marketing Intern with experience in project coordination, social media editing and posting, YouTube editing and posting, along with a proficiency in using AI tools.

The selected candidate will be well-versed in prevailing social media trends and SEO best practices and will embody the brand's essence in every infographic, post, and video produced.

Led by the Director of Marketing, the focus of this role will be to weave the Rossen Law Firm brand narrative through visual storytelling on our digital channels.

We're looking for a stellar communicator acquainted deeply with social media, staying abreast of current and emerging trends. If you're a proactive self-starter, meticulous in detail, highly organized, and motivated, you could be the one to amplify our brand's digital voice.

Responsibilities

• Produce and edit relevant and compelling content on a wide variety of industry-specific topics for distribution on social media channels
• Meet with the social team to ideate content concepts
• Edit and produce end-to-end short-form video content tailored to TikTok and Instagram Reels, and long-form video content for YouTube
• Oversee the activity across our social media accounts, including Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook
• Coordinate our partner lawyers as guests on podcasts
• Coordinate guests on the 2 podcasts Rossen Law Firm hosts

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of all major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn)
• Experience overseeing the design of graphic content
• Must have strong writing, editing, and grammar skills in English
• Resourceful, creative, dependable, proactive
• Must have impeccable, proactive communication skills
• Willingness to take educational courses for growth
• Ability to adapt and learn new trends
• Detail-oriented with a creative mindset
• Candidates must have time management skills, excellent communication skills, and project management skills
