Highlights Pay: $92,620.00 - $141,265.00 Location: Cleveland, OH Facility: Cleveland Clinic Department/Unit: Pediatrics Schedule: Full-time, Day shift What You'll Do Manage the delivery of nursing care for non-hospitalized patients. Collaborate with liaison departments to maintain patient care standards. Participate in clinical nursing research and support Cleveland Clinic research activities. Identify and resolve issues affecting the delivery of care. Manage unit operations by analyzing personnel structure and determining staffing needs. Provide supervision, evaluate performance, and conduct selection and termination processes. Develop strategic plans in alignment with enterprise initiatives. Maintain unit-related patient care standards through continuous quality improvement. Attain and maintain JC and other regulatory standards. Assist in the development and monitoring of the budget.
