Metro Franchising opened its doors 20 years ago and has grown into one of the largest Dunkin' Donuts/Baskin Robbins franchisees in the Regional NY Metro area - with stores extending from Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, Nassau and Suffolk Counties. Description
Our Shift Leaders are an essential component to our success by making a commitment to being a role model for exceptional Guest Service and developing a team driven by passion and strong values! Our shift leaders will be empowered to make decisions that enhance guest experiences and promote our company mission. Pay rate from: $17 or more.
Position Requirements
We are looking for individuals who will. . .
- Create a pleasant and welcoming restaurant environment for Guests and team members by treating others fairly and with respect
- Lead and coach your team to operational excellence by promoting open communication and accountability
- Prepare products according to Metro's operation, quality and safety standards, and that the restaurant meets sanitation and cleanliness standards during your shift
- Make decisions based on strong values & behaviors
- Have prior experience working in a quick service restaurant
- Show enthusiasm for Team Metro and our Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins brands!
