Hospitalist Physician Stayton, OR Practice Overview Full-time Hospitalist opportunity serving a close-knit community in Oregon Äôs Willamette Valley. Approximately 14 shifts per month. Open 4-bed ICU with Pulmonology and virtual ICU support. Day census: approximately 12 Äì20 patients, split between physician and independent APP coverage. Night volume averages 2 Äì4 admissions. Procedures are preferred but not required, with CRNA, Surgery, and Emergency Medicine support available. Strong on-site specialty support including: General Cardiology Pulmonary/Critical Care OB/GYN Orthopedic Surgery General Surgery Podiatry Collaborative physician-led environment emphasizing clinical autonomy and patient-centered care. EPIC EMR.
