Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized, positive, and detail-oriented Veterinary Receptionist to join our team at All About Animals Pet Clinic. As the first point of contact for clients and the glue that holds everything together behind the scenes, you will be the heart and soul of our clinic. Job Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their pets

• Manage patient and client records, scheduling, and billing

• Handle phone calls and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner

• Assist with daily clinic operations, including typing, filing, and data entry

• Collaborate with the veterinary team to ensure seamless communication and excellent patient care

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 1 year of experience in customer service or as a receptionist, preferably in a veterinary or healthcare setting

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

• Positive, friendly, and empathetic attitude

• Proficiency in basic office software and systems (experience with eZyVet a plus!)

Pay: $17+/hour, based on experience

Availability: Weekdays from 7:30 AM-6:00 PM, rotating 8:00 AM-10:00 AM Saturday shift
