Program Manager

Location: Santa Clara, CA Salary: $100,000 – $189,260 USD annually. Position: Program Manager Responsibilities Manage the program, the program team, contribute to the program scope and program objectives, and ensure all steps are completed. Provide communication interface to customer for status, schedule, and requirements. Provide technical leadership to program teams across multiple sites during product development. Schedule and manage internal team meetings to keep programs on schedule. Manage internal and external suppliers for on‑time completion. Communicate resource requirements to management to keep programs on schedule. Define product specifications and program scope to meet market and customer needs. Manage financial objectives, including creation, review, and submission of capital requests, product costing, and scope creep. Make decisions to accelerate time to market, volume, and profitability. Apply Design for Manufacturability principles during development. Ensure capacity planning throughout program phases. Provide regular updates to functional management. Ensure systems are set up for ordering and manufacturing. Manage and reduce risks, develop alternatives using risk‑reduction tools. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from a four‑year university with 4+ years related experience in the connector industry, preferred. Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical drawings, procedures, reports, and business correspondence. Effective verbal presentation and communication skills with various levels of management. Strong customer communication and expectation management. Problem solving in variable environments with limited standardization. Knowledge of project management software, spreadsheet (Excel), word processing (Word), presentation (PowerPoint) tools. Ability to communicate and collaborate with teams worldwide. Demonstrated ability to work independently and provide updates on project status. Root‑cause analysis capability. Benefits Base salary range: $100,000 – $189,260 USD annually.
