Our client, located in the Beautiful Central California, is seeking an experienced RN NICU Educator.

88-bed level IV NICU. Setting up interviews now. Generous compensation package!

This is a mid-size acute care hospital. They are offering a generous compensation package including Sign-On and Relocation Assistance.

Compensation Range: $53.00 - $82.00

Job Summary:

Accountable for planning, promoting, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating education activities. Accountable, in collaboration with area leadership teams, for promoting a continuous learning environment that supports ongoing staff development for assigned clinical areas. This position practices within the scope of the Nursing Practice Act and in accordance with policies.

Requirements for the NICU RN Educator:

• Minimum three (3) years of related experience (required)
• RN - Registered Nurse License - CA-BRN - California Board of Registered Nursing (required)
• BLS - Basic Life Support - AHA - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire or transfer into position (required)
• NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Program - AHA - American Heart Association within 12 months of hire or transfer into position (required)
