Job Overview

• Salary/Pay Rate: $25 - $27 per hour
• Location: Bedford, OH (Onsite)
• Job/Employment Type: Full Time
• Schedule: 1st Shift with some 2nd Shifts and Weekends
• Project Scope: Professional cleaning and maintenance of air ducts, kitchen hood systems, industrial ovens, building structures, and machinery
• Mandatory Licences & Certifications: Drivers License

How You Will Make an Impact

• Perform thorough industrial cleaning of HVAC air ducts, kitchen hood systems, and ovens to maintain safety standards.
• Operate specialized equipment, including boom lifts, scissor lifts, and ladders, to service elevated building structures.
• Execute safely in confined spaces using required respirators and chemical protocols.
• Maintain equipment, tools, and company vehicles in optimal condition for daily field assignments.
• Travel to customer sites to deliver high-quality, professional maintenance services.
• Uphold strict safety compliance and customer-specific operational policies on every job site.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Comfort working at heights and capability to operate from lifts and ladders regularly.
• Physical ability to crawl, lift heavy equipment, and work with arms raised above head.
• Willingness to learn respirator usage, chemical handling, and confined space protocols.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% outside the local area as required.
• Driver’s License (with 4 points or less), ability to pass a drug test and background check

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Up to 2 years of experience in hands-on trade work, general labor, or industrial environments.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Military experience; veterans are highly encouraged to apply.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly pay rate ranging from $25 to $27 per hour.
