In-process Quality Control Inspector

$18 - $20 per hour

We are currently an In-process Quality Control (QC) Inspector to join our growing Production and Manufacturing team on A Shift.

The QC Inspector is responsible for performing thorough inspections of all incoming, in-process, and outgoing items to ensure they meet company and customer quality standards.

Shift Schedule:

1st Shift: Monday - Thursday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Pay: $18 - $20 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished goods
Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and other instruments to perform accurate measurements
Document inspection results and maintain clear, organized quality records
Analyze inspection data to identify trends, recurring issues, or areas for improvement
Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and support corrective actions
Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and audits

Qualifications:

Previous quality control experience in a manufacturing environment required
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures precisely
Proficient in using measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers)
Solid math and analytical skills
Comfortable with basic computer programs and electronic documentation
Excellent organizational and communication skills
