Physician - Pulmonologist

Position Title Physician - Pulmonologist Olathe Hospital Position Summary The University of Kansas Health System is seeking a board eligible/board certified Pulmonologist to join its Olathe Campus team, where we prioritize collaboration, community care, and patient-centered excellence. This role involves outpatient care, inpatient rounding, and ICU responsibilities within a group of six pulmonary/critical care physicians and will require managing a 20-bed ICU. The team has access to a variety of resources, including CT surgery, pulmonary rehabilitation, a sleep lab, EBUS, and navigational bronchoscopy. Call rotation for this individual will follow a 1:6 schedule, and there is the opportunity to collaborate with nurse practitioners. Responsibilities Provide outpatient care for pulmonary patients. Perform inpatient rounding for admitted patients. Manage intensive care unit with 20 beds. Collaborate with nurse practitioners and other staff. Utilize available resources such as CT surgery, pulmonary rehabilitation, sleep lab, EBUS, and navigational bronchoscopy.
