Shift Manager

Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift, maintaining quality, service and cleanliness. Plan for each shift, monitor performance, enforce standards. Oversee safety, security and profitability. Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare shift transition. Help departments meet target goals. Must be 18 years or older. Flexible schedule and positive team player. Strong communication and problem‑solving skills. Compensation Starting pay: $13.00/hr . Benefits 15-25 days paid vacation. 10 paid holidays and 8‑week sabbatical every 10 years.
