About the Opportunity

Quentin Family Medicine , located in Lebanon, Pennsylvania , is seeking a full-time, board certified or board eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our patient-focused team.

• Practice alongside a team of 2 Physicians and 5 Advanced Practice Providers
\n
• Located within the LGH Lebanon multi-specialty center , offering:\n

  • Family Medicine
  \n
  • Urgent Care
  \n
  • Lab Services
  \n
  • Imaging (including Mammography and Ultrasound)
  \n
  • Cardiology
  \n
  • Behavioral Health
  \n
  • Orthopedics
  \n

Key Responsibilities

\n

Qualified individuals must be able (with or without reasonable accommodation) to:

• Conduct patient consultations and determine treatment plans
\n
• Recommend and interpret diagnostic tests
\n
• Monitor lab results, medication use, and potential toxicities
\n
• Prescribe/administer medications, treatments, and vaccinations
\n
• Explain procedures, test results, and care plans to patients
\n
• Collaborate with a full care team, including nurses, social workers, pharmacists, and other professionals
\n
• Refer patients to specialists when necessary
\n

Minimum Qualifications

\n

\n
• Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited institution
\n
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
\n
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Family Medicine Residency
\n
