Business Data Analyst II

Data And Analytics Hub Team Member The Data and Analytics Hub team is part of the Client Consumer Groups organization. As part of the Data and Analytics Hub team, candidate will be helping to create and deliver comprehensive tracking and measurement of the digital Client Consumer Group channel. In this role, candidate will develop and implement advanced reports and dashboard solutions to support business objectives. Candidate will analyze data and clearly communicate findings and collaborate with stakeholders and interact with cross functional teams to bring new experiences to life for Client's Customers. The successful candidate will help lead measurement implementations across cross-functional teams as they plan, build and launch world-class experiences. Candidate will help translate raw data into actionable insights and better experiences for Client’s customers. Candidate's deep knowledge of measurement solutions will help to determine the best approaches for implementations that best meet business needs. Responsibilities: Mining various data sources and or providing visualization and analysis of complex data structures. Manage creation and distribution process to ensure all contractual obligations are met with regard to data content and timeliness constraints. Develop, drive, and track the definition of fundamental metrics Provide support on development of dashboards tracking key metrics of program or provider or client performance. Establish relationships with all departments and levels of the organization in order to understand the information needs of each. Create workspaces within Adobe Analytics to track and understand customer web patterns Analyst must possess time management skills, demonstrate the ability to work independently, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills Must Have Skills (Most Important): Three or more years of relevant work experience Intermediate SQL Experience required with either Teradata, Oracle, or SQL server Experience with Adobe Analytics or related platform (ex. Google Analytics), or experience with tagging implementation Desired Skills: Coding and programming experience (ex. Python, R, Java, C/C++) Experience with Tableau, Looker, or Qlik BI tools TriOptus LLC
