Title
Nurse - Ambulatory Surgery

Schedule
Shift: 8-hour shift within 06:00-17:00
Weekend Requirement: Occasional

Requirements
- Active permanent license required
- Required Certifications: BLS and ACLS (AHA or ARC only)
- Minimum: 1 year combined Ambulatory and OR experience
- Mandatory: Total joint replacement experience

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in an ambulatory and OR procedural environment, focusing on total joint replacement cases.
- Assist with preoperative and postoperative patient management.
- Ensure compliance with universal protocols, including time-out procedures and specimen handling.
- Perform peripheral IV starts and wound management in accordance with standard infection control practices.
- Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care.

- References: 2 supervisor-level references from within the past 12 months required at submission
- Background/License Issues: Any hits must be fully resolved; written statement required for prior hits
- Return-to-office (RTO) rules: Max RTO 7 days; no RTO within first 2 weeks
