Pastoral Care CoordinatorServes as program developer and coordinator for pastoral care services and ensures the provision of spiritual care for patients, families and staff at Baptist Health Richmond. Assists in strategic development, planning, implementation and oversight of programs, strategies, initiatives, and policies and procedures aimed at enhancing the patient experience.The following is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by individuals assigned to this job by listing the major components for this position (i.e., key responsibilities and essential duties).
