We’re hiring an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist for a hospital in Aurora, CO where you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the treatment, care, and needs of patients with breathing disorders. The role involves ventilator and airway management and working with a multidisciplinary team to support patient outcomes. The unit uses Meditech and equipment such as Hamilton G5/C1/T1, V60, Vyair Avea.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree from a Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science program.
• Current state Respiratory Therapist license in good standing.
• Minimum 6 months current acute care RRT hospital experience.
• BLS, ACLS, NRP and PALS certification, or NBRC credential.
• Experience with ventilator and airway management in acute care settings.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and prioritize patient experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior Meditech experience preferred.
• PEDS, NICU, or PICU experience preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 1900 - 0700.
• May involve working with variable patient ratios typical of a 350-bed hospital respiratory department.
