Job Description As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Readiness in Honolulu, HI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and respond to security-related concerns with integrity. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon07:00 PM - 11:00 PMFri07:00 PM - 07:00 AMSat07:00 PM - 07:00 AMSun07:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and parking patrons by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random patrols of parking areas, garages, access points, common areas, and the surrounding property to help identify unusual activity, parking concerns, and maintenance issues. Monitor vehicle and pedestrian activity, report unauthorized parking, damaged equipment, or suspicious circumstances, and document observations according to site procedures. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and emergency responders as needed. Maintain detailed activity logs and incident reports, and communicate relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership. Minimum Requirements: A guard card or license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
