Primary Purpose: Install and/or repair overhead (garage) doors, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Skills and Responsibilities:

• Door Installation: Proficiently install overhead doors according to manufacturer specifications and customer requirements.
• Door Repair: Efficiently repair overhead doors, diagnosing issues and implementing solutions to restore functionality.
• Equipment Adjustment: Adjust equipment settings to ensure optimal performance and smooth operation of doors.
• Disassembly and Removal: Safely remove or disassemble defective automatic mechanical door closers using appropriate hand tools.
• Order Replacement Parts: Accurately order replacement springs, sections, or slats as needed for repairs.
• Site Inspection: Inspect job sites, assessing headroom, side room, and other conditions to determine the suitability of the door for a given location.
• Follow-Up: Follow up on completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and customer expectations.
• Customer Interaction: Interact with customers and subcontractors in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their needs and concerns.
• Lifting: Ability to lift up to 100 lbs consistently throughout the day.
