divh2Diagnostician Position/h2pThe Diagnosticians position provides direct and indirect client care hours in both the Psychological Testing and Biofeedback/Neurofeedback Department. They will also have the opportunity to provide therapy services to clients, under the supervision of the Clinical Supervisor./ph3Psychological Testing Department/h3ulliAdministering psychology tests./liliReview every portion of analytical data including psychological testing scoring./liliCompile data and findings to draft the report./liliAssist in answering questions regarding psych testing./liliScan in and/or save files including tests and reports to EHR and other software systems like Teams./liliMaintain and organize inventory and supplies of the psych testing department./liliProactively communicate with the Clinical Supervisor any questions, problems, or concerns timely./liliAttend weekly department meetings and report any concerns or pertinent information./liliSupport and participate in company and department initiatives, including client outreach and recalls./liliOther duties and projects assigned by leadership./li/ulh3Biofeedback/Neurofeedback Department/h3ulliUtilizing biofeedback, neurofeedback, and QEEG brain mapping to administer neuropsychological assessments and complete comprehensive intake questionnaires./liliAcquire quantitative EEG data for processing./liliExecute neurofeedback treatment plan and integrate neuro and biofeedback treatment modalities with other areas of client treatment./liliMonitor client responses to training sessions and coordinate with the clinical team if training adjustments are needed./liliReport writing and evaluation./liliKeep clear, detailed, and concise records of training sessions, goals, and treatment responses./liliCollect and track payment for services./liliCommunicate with the clients therapist regarding patient care issues, behavior plans, safety plans, therapeutic challenges, etc./liliMaintain, clean, label, and inventory neurofeedback equipment and supplies./liliAttending training supervision as required./liliParticipates in staff meetings and contributes to discussions on quality client care./liliNeurofeedback Marketing/liliAttend/lead marketing events in the community./liliPrepare marketing material for upcoming marketing events./liliCreate and update marketing materials as needed./liliMaintain an organized calendar with support staff./liliUnderstanding/Training for session logs from all appointments./liliOther duties and projects assigned by leadership./li/ulh3Clinician/h3ulliDiagnostic assessment of individuals, families, and groups./liliAssess and provide high-quality, evidenced-based therapeutic services to clients./liliDevelop and review treatment plans with clients./liliAssist clients in gaining effective coping tools for support./liliCreate or solidify existing treatment teams and actively engage in the coordination of care./liliWork in collaboration with multidisciplinary team members including external partners./liliEngage in marketing events, either solo or as an organization as needed./liliParticipates in supervision, both individually when needed and in group supervision offered at InMindOut./liliCompletes required documentation and paperwork including chart notes, treatment planning, transitions to higher-level care, and any other coordination of care./liliResearching and advocating for appropriate resources for clients when needed including alternative levels of care, additional mental health, and social or financial resources./li/ulh3Requirements/h3pGENERAL PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT/pulliFunctions effectively in response to workflow or ongoing direction by management./liliAbility to connect and build rapport with employees/clients/etc. in person or over the phone./liliAbility to work effectively with people of diverse cultures, ages, and economic backgrounds./liliSelf-motivated and strong initiative./liliStrong problem-solving skills, good judgment, and attention to detail./liliAbility to multi-task and work cooperatively with others./liliGood attendance and punctuality./li/ulpPROFESSIONAL/TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS ABILITIES/pulliMust possess a high school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate./liliRequired: 6 months of healthcare or related experience./liliPreferred: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical office setting, healthcare, or related field./li/ulpLICENSES CERTIFICATIONS/pulliLPC-A Certification/liliRequired: Completion of masters degree and fully certified as an LPC within 1 year of hire date./liliRequired: Valid state Drivers License/liliPreferred: Automobile insurance with reliable transportation/li/ulpTECHNICAL SKILLS/pulliCompetent use of computer systems and basic typing skills./liliDemonstrates necessary proficiency with healthcare electronic clinical systems, including EHR and scheduling systems in medical office settings./liliProficient in clerical/administrative skills, including Microsoft Office suite and other general office software./liliProficient with typical office equipment: Computer, Copier, telephone, Fax, credit card machine, scanner./li/ulpCOMMUNICATIONS SKILLS/pulliEffective communication abilities to interact via phone, email, and/or in-person with all stakeholders./liliAbility to work well in a team environment./liliBeing able to triage priorities, delegate tasks if needed, and reasonably handle conflict./liliA calm manner and patience when handling stressful situations./liliPreferred: Bilingual skills in English and Spanish language./li/ul/div
