Senior Project Manager

Overview Soltesz, Inc. has a full-time position for a Senior Project Manager in our Lanham, MD office. This is a full-time position located within our Lanham, Maryland office. Responsibilities Provide direct supervision and mentoring of design staff, including team engineers and designers Provide mentoring, client contact, and manage project financials, profitability and client satisfaction Client management, project management Leadership and mentoring of staff Staff supervision, quality control, workload and staff planning Development of proposals Maintenance of project schedules, budgets, and invoicing Oversee employee performance, providing regular feedback and recognition Work with senior leadership to accomplish company goals Provide excellent and responsive client service Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering Professional Engineer (PE) registration in Maryland required 15+ years of progressive experience in civil engineering land development design, preferably in Prince George's County of suburban Maryland 10+ years of experience managing staff, with the ability to develop and review plans and collaborate with engineers, planners, and surveyors Excellent organizational and delegation skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Solteszco
