The Opportunity

\n

We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented TikTok Shop Operator to join our team in Vista, California.

\n

This is a hands-on position responsible for supporting the daily operations of our clients’ TikTok Shops and coordinating our in-house livestream commerce programs.

\n

The ideal candidate is comfortable working across multiple accounts, managing moving pieces, solving problems quickly, and keeping operations running smoothly.

\n

You’ll work closely with our account management, creator, and livestream teams to ensure our clients’ TikTok Shop programs are operating efficiently and delivering results.

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n

TikTok Shop Account Operations

\n

\n
• Manage day-to-day operations across multiple TikTok Shop accounts.
\n
• Monitor product listings, inventory, promotions, and shop performance.
\n
• Create and manage product promotions, discounts, and campaigns.
\n
• Identify and troubleshoot TikTok Shop account issues, violations, and operational challenges.
\n
• Track sales performance, GMV, and key account metrics.
\n
• Support product launches and promotional campaigns.
\n
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client deliverables are completed on time.
\n

Livestream Commerce Operations

\n

\n
• Coordinate and support daily TikTok Shop livestreams from our in-house studio.
\n
• Prepare products, promotions, and livestream setups before broadcasts.
\n
• Work closely with livestream hosts to ensure broadcasts run smoothly.
\n
• Monitor livestream performance, including viewership, engagement, conversions, and sales.
\n
• Manage product pinning, flash deals, coupons, and promotional activities during livestreams.
\n
• Troubleshoot technical and operational issues during live broadcasts.
\n
• Review livestream performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
\n
• Help maintain an organized, professional, and efficient livestream studio.
\n

Team Coordination & Reporting

\n

\n
• Collaborate with account managers, creators, and livestream hosts.
\n
• Maintain accurate account information and operational tracking.
\n
• Assist with weekly performance reporting.
\n
• Ensure internal workflows and processes are followed.
\n
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and account performance.
\n

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with TikTok Shop, e-commerce, social commerce, or digital marketing preferred.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues independently.

• Familiarity with TikTok, livestream shopping, and social media trends.
\n
• Comfortable learning new software, dashboards, and tools.
\n
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude.

• Reliable, proactive, and willing to take ownership of responsibilities.

Bonus Qualifications

• Previous experience operating TikTok Shop Seller Center.
\n
• Experience with TikTok Shop livestream operations.
\n
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop GMV Max.
\n
• Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
\n
• Experience working at a marketing agency or with multiple brands.
\n
• Knowledge of TikTok Shop promotions, affiliate programs, and product campaigns.

Compensation & Schedule
