Job Title: RN OR Circulator Profession: RN Specialty: OR Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM Hours per Shift: 36 Experience: 2 years License: RN License Certifications: BLS Must-Have: Experience with da Vinci Robotics Orthopedic experience Description: The position involves working in an Operating Room. There are 13 operating rooms available. Staff consists of over 81 FTEs. The unit operates within a Trauma II environment, staffed 24 hours a day. During the day shift, typical staffing includes 1 charge nurse, 3 RNs, 2 CNAs, and 1-3 sitters. Night shift staffing ratios may vary. The unit utilizes an electronic medical record system. Experience with orthopedics is required. Candidates with vascular experience will be prioritized. The ideal candidate is flexible and adaptable. Typical procedures exclude LVADs, transplants, and pediatric patients under 14 years old. 3 to 6 on-call shifts may be required each month.
