Remote Family Support Specialist | Peer Caregiver Advocate

Holon Health

Holon Health is seeking a Family Support Specialist to work remotely with Tennessee families, offering peer support and navigation through youth behavioral-health systems. The role centers on lived caregiver experience to foster authentic relationships and effective care plans.

You’ll coordinate with schools, courts, and community resources, while guiding families through the Holon Vibe app and caregiver curriculum to promote lasting wellness.
