Labor And Employment Attorney

Majarian Law Group, APC is an employment law firm seeking a litigation associate to join our team.
Our work is a mix of employment class actions and PAGA representative actions along with individual cases involving wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation and wage-and-hour claims.
Position Highlights:
- Handle employment litigation matters from intake through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions and discovery
- Work on class and PAGA actions as well as individual client matters
- Communicate with clients
- Appear at hearings, mediations, and depositions
Qualifications:
- Active California State Bar membership in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of employment litigation experience
- Experience with discovery in the civil litigation context, oral advocacy and appearing in Court, motion practice and taking/defending depositions.
- Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to independently draft pleadings, motions and discovery
- Ability to manage a busy caseload
Pay: Pay: $150,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
