Job Title: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Profession: Respiratory Therapist Specialty: Respiratory Care Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years of previous experience required; at least 1 travel contract completed preferred License: Iowa state license required Certifications: Required certifications Must-Have: - Draeger or GE ventilator experience required - High-Frequency Oscillatory Ventilation (HFOV) experience required - Experience in floating to PICU and NICU required - Driver’s License required - Work history/resume required - Skills checklist must be completed within 1 year of submission date - License verification required - One supervisory reference required at the time of submission - Must have a taxable address outside of 50 miles from the facility - Local candidates may be accepted under specific conditions Description: As a member of the interdisciplinary team, The traveler contributes professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients. The traveler may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses. The role involves providing respiratory care to patients in various settings. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential for success in this role. Candidates must be adaptable and able to work night shifts.
