Sonsoft Inc. is growing at a steady pace specializing in the fields of Software Development, Software Consultancy and Information Technology Enabled Services.Job DescriptionJob Description:-At least 6 years of experience with Project management and Talent management.At least 6 years of hands-on experience in Java/J2EE and Core Java Development including analysis, design, development, testing and implementation.At least 6 years of hands-on Application Development experience working on Spring, Struts, JQuery, HTML5, J JavaScript, CSS3, XML, REST / SOAP Web services, Angular JS, Hibernate.At least 3 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on Development and Maintenance projects.At least 2 years of experience in Design and architecture review.At least 3 years of experience in agile methodologies (Scrum etc.) and concepts (Daily scrum, Sprint, Release, Backlog etc.).At least 3 years of experience that aids agile team formation, coaches and guides the team to deliver as a performing unit and agile reportingAbility to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environmentAnalytical skillsExperience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.QualificationsBasic Qualifications :-Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
