We are seeking a Senior Software Developer with proven full-stack experience to lead the development of high-performing, secure, and scalable systems supporting mission-driven projects.

Location: Remote (Preference for candidates near Newport News, VA)
Salary Range: $107,900 – $195,050 per year

Key Responsibilities

Architect, code, and optimize full-stack software solutions
Implement APIs and integrate databases using SQL Server
Ensure software meets cybersecurity and compliance standards
Lead code reviews, testing, and release management
Mentor junior developers and support technical delivery excellence

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of software development experience
Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, and Vue.js or similar frameworks
Experience leading or mentoring engineering teams
Strong focus on quality, performance, and security
