Phlebotomy Team Lead

$23 - $30 per hour

Labcorp seeks a Phlebotomy Team Lead for its Washington, DC location to supervise phlebotomists across multiple patient service centers, perform specimen collections, and manage site operations. The role requires a minimum of three years of phlebotomy experience and involves Monday-Friday scheduling with Saturday availability.

Responsibilities

Supervise phlebotomy team across multiple patient service centers and client sites
Conduct staff training, new hire onboarding, and competency assessments
Perform regular site inspections and report findings to supervisor
Monitor patient flow, wait times, inventory levels and information logs
Perform phlebotomy and site coordinator duties as needed

Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent
Minimum 3 years phlebotomy experience
Phlebotomy certification from accredited agency if no work experience
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Ability to pass standardized color blindness test
At least 21 years of age
Full COVID-19 vaccination or qualifying exemption

Compensation: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
