What You ll Do

• Provide outpatient consultation and follow-up care for hematology and oncology patients
• Oversee treatment plans and monitor patient progress in a clinic setting
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient management
• Conduct new patient assessments and ongoing follow-ups
• Maintain accurate documentation in electronic medical records
• Ensure adherence to treatment protocols and patient safety standards

What You Need

• Active Medical License in Wisconsin
• Prior experience in internal medicine, hematology, or oncology clinics
• Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
