Now Hiring: Payroll Specialist Terry & Associates, CPA | Crestview Hills, KY Pay: $23–$27 per hour, based on experience This is an in-office position in Crestview Hills, Kentucky. Terry & Associates, CPA is looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Payroll Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with payroll processing experience who enjoys working with numbers, staying organized, and helping clients meet their payroll and tax reporting requirements. Process payroll accurately and on schedule for multiple clients. Prepare and file quarterly and annual payroll tax reports. Prepare W-2s, wage reports, and payroll tax filings. Maintain accurate payroll records and protect confidential information. Communicate with clients to resolve payroll questions and obtain necessary information. Assist with payroll compliance and related administrative tasks. Previous payroll processing experience preferred. Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, finance, or a related field preferred. Proficiency with computers and ability to learn payroll software. Ability to manage deadlines and handle confidential information.
