divh2BSC Store Operations Level 1/h2pMacDill Air Force Base - Mac Dill AFB, FL 33621/ph3Overview/h3pSalary Range $15.00 - $18.00 Hourly Level Entry Position Type Full Time Job Shift Day Education Level High School Category Retail/ph3Description/h3pBSC Store Operator Level I/ppReports to: BSC Store Manager/ppSupervises: N/A/ppSummary Statement: The person in this position is responsible for assisting customers with merchandise and deployment needs, maintaining the BSC brand and customer service standards./ppEssential Job Functions/pulli(Point of Sale) Accurately enter all customer information into the POS system./lili(Point of Sale) Operate POS system to check out all customer purchases, returns or exchanges./lili(Customer Service) Answer telephone calls and welcome customers by greeting them, learning their shopping purpose, and providing customer satisfaction with a friendly, courteous and professional attitude./lili(Customer Service) Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and others in a position to understand merchandise requirements./lili(Customer Service) Resolve customer issues, seeking assistance from a manager if needed./lili(Customer Service) Handle and assist with all sizing needs for deployments (if applicable)./li/ulpAdditional Job Functions (Level 1 must add ONE of the following job functions)/pulliOrder Fulfillment ulliMust be able to fulfill back orders and complete sales transactions in back office./liliEnsure that fulfillment of the order relieves inventory and increases sales./liliWorks with store personnel to ensure orders are filled in preparation for pickup/liliIf the store does Deployment operations, Order Fulfillment includes preparing the orders for the deployer and packing the deployment bag (if applicable)/li/ul/liliReceiving ulliMust be able to sign, verify, and receive inventory, submitting required paperwork./liliAccurately In-check inventory being received from vendors./liliAccurately In-check inventory being received as transfers from other BSC stores/liliEnsures all stock is organized and located in appropriate storage areas./liliOther receiving duties as assigned./li/ul/liliStore Merchandising ulliMaintain a store that looks well stocked and conforms to the BSC store standards./liliMaintain cleanliness of sales floor, restrooms, warehouse, and office space./liliPack and unpack items to be stocked on shelves in stockrooms, warehouses, or sales floor./liliResponsible for all NIS tags./liliParticipate in store inventories, conduct cycle counts, and assist with A to Z shelf organization. (if applicable)/li/ul/liliShipping ulliShipping orders to customers.
