We are currently seeking an experienced construction and industrial equipment mechanic to join the growing team at our Bensalem (Material Handling), PA location. If you are looking for a unique experience working for an industry leading dealership and rental organization, we want to speak with you!Our road service mechanics play a vital role in the dealer/customer relationship, ranging from equipment prep/set-up to advanced diagnostic and repair.Ongoing training is provided for all technicians through our mentorship program as well as OEM online and factory training.Job Overview:Troubleshoot, repair, service, inspect, and maintain a variety of construction, landscape, heavy, aerial, industrial, agricultural, and fleet equipment.Some on-call responsibilities may apply.Full-time position with excellent benefits and competitive compensation. 40-50 hours per week and 1 Saturday a month.Best Line has on-line and factory training benefits as well.Requirements:Must possess strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, computer skills, and strong electrical and mechanical abilities.Beneficial experience would include welding/fabrication, DC electrical, hydraulic, combustion, and associated skill sets.Ability to work with computers, schematics, repair manuals and warranty claims is an advantage.A high school diploma or equivalent industry experience will qualify.Estimated annual compensation: $55,000 - $80,000 (dependent on experience)Benefits Include:Medical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription401(k) with partial company matchShort- & Long-Term DisabilityBasic and supplemental life insuranceEmployee Assistance ProgramEmployee DiscountPaid vacation, sick time, and holidaysCompany provided uniformsBoot and tool ReimbursementWhy work at Best Line?Best Line Equipment is a leading provider of heavy equipment, construction materials, and related services for Pennsylvania and beyond.
