Pana Health and Rehab Center
Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting quality resident care? Pana Health and Rehab Center is seeking a dependable Medical Records / Ward Clerk to join our team! This position plays an important role in maintaining accurate resident records and supporting our nursing team with essential administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain, organize, and update resident medical records.
Ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and properly filed.
Protect confidential resident information and follow HIPAA guidelines.
Assist with admissions, discharges, and resident documentation.
Provide clerical support to nursing staff and facility operations.
Help prepare and maintain records for audits and inspections.
Qualifications
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with recordkeeping.
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Previous medical records, healthcare clerical, or long-term care experience preferred.
