Salary: $104,000 - 208,000 per year Requirements:
- We require native or bilingual-level fluency in English.
- We need proficiency in at least one of the following languages or frameworks: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Kotlin, or Swift.
- We require strong writing ability and excellent grammar.
- We require a bachelors degree, completed or currently in progress.
- Previous experience as a Software Developer, Coder, Software Engineer, or Programmer is preferred.
- This role is available only to candidates in the US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand.
- We design and solve a wide range of coding challenges used to train AI systems.
- We write clean, high-quality code examples and clear explanations.
- We assess AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and readability.
- We deliver feedback that helps improve the next generation of AI models.
- We work on programming tasks such as building apps, creating coding problems, and analyzing data.
- We complete a short assessment to qualify for paid work on our platform.
