Salary: $104,000 - 208,000 per year Requirements:

• We require native or bilingual-level fluency in English.

• We require strong writing ability and excellent grammar.
• We require a bachelors degree, completed or currently in progress.
• Previous experience as a Software Developer, Coder, Software Engineer, or Programmer is preferred.
• This role is available only to candidates in the US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand.

• We write clean, high-quality code examples and clear explanations.
• We assess AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and readability.
• We deliver feedback that helps improve the next generation of AI models.
• We work on programming tasks such as building apps, creating coding problems, and analyzing data.
• We complete a short assessment to qualify for paid work on our platform.
