Custodian PositionWe are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Custodian to support cleanliness and sanitation in our manufacturing facility. This role plays a critical part in maintaining a safe, organized, and professional environment for our team.The Custodian is responsible for cleaning and maintaining break areas and common areas throughout the facility during their assigned shift. This position ensures a clean, sanitary, and safe workplace environment.Key ResponsibilitiesClean and sanitize break rooms and common areasEmpty trash receptacles and replace linersSweep, mop, and maintain floorsWipe down tables, counters, appliances, and high-touch surfacesRestock paper products and soap suppliesMaintain cleaning equipment and report maintenance needsFollow all safety guidelines and PPE requirementsQualificationsPrior custodial or janitorial experience preferred (manufacturing environment a plus)Ability to work independently and manage time effectivelyStrong attention to detailReliable attendance and punctualityPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand and walk for extended periodsAbility to lift up to 25–40 poundsAbility to bend, stoop, and reach regularlyIf you take pride in keeping spaces clean and organized and enjoy contributing to a team-focused environment, we encourage you to apply!
