**Exciting Opportunity for Registered Nurse (RN) in the Emergency Department!** - Are you ready to take your nursing career to the next level in a fast-paced emergency room environment? - Join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals who are passionate about providing exceptional patient care. - As a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Emergency Department, you will: - Hold shift accountability for delivering high-quality care to patients - Utilize the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies - Demonstrate critical thinking skills and scientific judgment - Plan and anticipate safe delivery of care for patients in a dynamic environment - Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education - Delegate patient care priorities based on staff education and experience - Provide direction and supervision to assigned personnel in patient care **Key Information:** - **Shift:** Nights from 7PM - 7:30AM (3x12s) - Must be willing to float - **Demand:** Start within 2 weeks of offer acceptance - **Facility Size:** 38 beds - **Experience Required:** Minimum of 2 years - **EMR System:** Experience with Cerner is required - **Dress Code:** Black scrubs **Additional Preferences:** - Charge Nurse experience is a plus (additional compensation offered) - Trauma Level III certified and stroke receiving facility - STEMI receiving facility - NIH certification is recommended but not mandatory **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
